From cereal farm to multifunctional complex for permanent living, offices, public events and tourism. 
The monumental farm's transformation consists on the restauration and enhancing of the still existing historical elements. As a second layer, the new programmes will be introduced respecting the traditional cereal farm's typical floor plan, very much characteristic of the north of The Nederlands.
